RHR Tracker is an advanced application designed for the Apple Watch to monitor resting heart rate. It seamlessly integrates with the Health app, utilizing Resting Heart Rate measurements captured by the Apple Watch.
Resting heart rate is the average number of heartbeats per minute measured during periods of inactivity or relaxation. A lower resting heart rate generally signifies superior heart health and cardiovascular fitness. Variations in your Resting Heart Rate may also serve as indicators of underlying health conditions or stress.

<li>Notifies users about significantly elevated Resting Heart Rates.</li>
<li>Enables users to record symptoms that could be contributing to fluctuations in Resting Heart Rate.</li>
<li>Adds Resting Heart Rate complications to watch faces for quick access.</li>
<li>Accumulates Resting Heart Rate measurements throughout the day, preserving additional daily values beyond the latest reading stored by the Apple Watch. This feature permits users to review daily minimum and maximum values in the Apple Watch app.</li>
<li>Generates morning reports comparing overnight or early morning Resting Heart Rate data with long-term averages.</li>
<li>Data accessed by RHR Tracker remains strictly on the user's device, with relevant information synchronized securely to their personal iCloud. This ensures exclusive access solely for the user.</li>
<li>Following a complimentary seven-day trial, users can opt for lifetime access to RHR Tracker through an in-app purchase.</li>
